About Me

I am a Mom of two amazing children, a massage therapist, and a Chakradance Faciliator. I was first introduced to essential oils when I was in massage school and took a course in aromatherapy. I have always recognized the benefits of essential oils but it hasn’t been until recently that I realized not all essential oils are created equally and I fell in love with Young Living oils! These oils have made a real impact on me and my family’s life!

My Favorite Oil

My favorite oils change all the time! Right now I am really into Peace and Calming. I diffuse this, wear it as a perfume, put it in my car diffuser, and put some on my kids’ feet when we all could use a bit of “mellow time”! This is also one of my favorites to diffuse at night…it helps everybody in our house sleep better!

First Oil Success

I first fell in love with my oils when I bought my first kit. There were so many oils that I didn’t know how to use but once I started learning the many uses/benefits of each oil, I started using my oils for everything! I realized that there really is “an oil for that”!
