About Me

I have always loved essential oils but became despondent when good essential oils became so difficult to find and even when bottles were labeled ‘100% pure’ it was far from the truth. Then my path crossed with Young Living and I was finally again really excited about essential oils.
I am a wholistic singing, music and creative arts teacher as well as a natural healing and wellness practitioner and counselor, sound therapist. Many of my clients and students now also benefit from top quality oils to support their personal journeys. They always enjoy entering a fresh and uplifting space with good vibration and natural, healthy aromas. Great essential oils are key to joyful living; gifting our lives with tools to help us adjust our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Empowering us to be the best ‘you’ in every moment or help us ease ourselves through forgiveness and surrender back into joyful living.

My Favorite Oil

I would have to go with my favourite combination of Thieves and DiGiz. I add a drop of each to some honey in my morning rooibos tea to support my immune system and give my digestive system the daily kickstart and support it needs.

First Oil Success

My first experience with Young Living essential oils was a spray made at a ‘make and take’ YL gathering made with Cederwood and Lavender oils with witch hazel and purified water. I sprayed it onto my 4 year old son’s feet that night and within minutes of reading to him he was asleep and slept through peacefully. This was wonderful because he usually asks me to read several stories and still dances across the bed in his sleep. We all had a peaceful night’s rest. We now have a new little oily family ritual, Our son has taken it upon himself to spray all our feet at night. Not only have these oils helped him but all of us, this same spray also helped my hair grow back after an intense course of anti-biotics that I had taken the year before. The antibiotics left me feeling like a cancer patient with the hands full of hair I was constantly loosing every time I washed or brushed my hair (this said with the deepest love and respect for those who are going through cancer 🙏🏼 you are all such incredible and brave souls). It was really scary and I didn’t know what to do. I eventually had to cut my hair short because it wasn’t worth tying up anymore. My hair is now growing back full and beautiful and my confidence is feeling as great as my hair. I am so deeply grateful for the blessing of these oils in our lives. The exceptional quality of these oils has taken life to a new level of healing and healthy living.
